Tickets are about less 328 Pesos around $18 Dollars each way, are safe, nonstop and super comfortable. You can take depending your arrival in T1 or T2, also you can choose where to Arrive:

“Station 4 Poniente “ (4PTE )

This is the Station closer to Puebla down town.

“Station Paseo Destino” (PDEST) (the new station)

Close the Angelopolis the modern side of Puebla and 13 minutes to San Andres Cholula.
